Shipping & Returns

Sales Taxes

We are required to automatically charge and withhold the applicable GST for orders to be delivered to addresses within New Zealand. Each customer shall be solely responsible for all sales taxes, or other taxes, on orders shipped to any other state or country. Orders requesting to be delivered to Great Barrier Island, Waiheke Island or Stewart Island will incur additional charges.

Permission to Return and to Receive Credit

We will accept return of NON FOOD merchandise ONLY IF IN SALEABLE CONDITION and notification is within 7 days of receipt. We will Issue Credit to your account or Credit Card. For unwanted merchandise the cost of return shipping shall be the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Merchandise

We will, upon your request, replace any merchandise that is received in damaged condition or as a result of a picking error. No material will be accepted or replacements issued without prior approval to return such merchandise. Filing of claims will be our responsibility.

 

Pick up/Click & Collect orders:

Orders will be ready approx. 1-2 Business Days after your order is placed, you should receive email notification when your order is ready to collect but if you are unsure if your order is ready or not please contact the store for confirmation prior to coming in. If you place your order AFTER 12pm on Friday afternoon your pick up order will NOT be ready until at least the following Monday, in this instance please contact the store for alternate options.

Click & Collect orders must be collected within 30 business days of the order being ready to collect. We will continue to make contact to notify your order is ready, however if after 30 days there is no contact or collection, we will issue a final 14 day notice in which if the order is not collected after this final date, your order will be put back into stock and or disposed off with no refund to be offered. 

Click & Collect orders cannot have food items swapped for fresher stock if the order is not collected in a timely manner.
